i don't like getting emotionally attached when i'm not ready.

anyway, went out last min in the afternoon to ps with yt.
walked around a little and talked a lot about camp.
then snack at kfc, and home home.

have fun in hall from tmr!

shall sleep soon too...

dinner with the 'v' family!
steamboat at huo guo zhi jia wasn't bad, but so spicy the sour and spicy soup...

had some fun with the zhong1 ji2 mi4 ma3, and ate accordingly.
lol then played around a little.
but didn't join them going to the pub, went home instead. so guai right.

anyway, i wanted to say i hate that facebook is so convenient for connecting people, as much as i like it for the same reason. haiz.

hall camp??

the past week was like a big, long dream.


woke up early on mon morning, double checked my stuff and dragged my luggage down to take 1 hr 15 min of mrt.
i still remember the awkwardness of reaching early and just standing there, the feelings inside as i approached the red group of people...

went to the tct lt and had some talks. then had some games and stuff.
the day was pretty uneventful compared to the others...
slept at 3am cos we kept talking lol.


tues was a much longer day. woke early again and they had some relay in which people had to move chairs while standing on them, and some crab race, turning of groundsheet (groundsheet?!) and running with the flag.
that determined our order to set off for the amazing race.
had some lunch and stuff, and it was quite fun eating with them though a little odd, especially since we didn't know each other all that well.

the amazing race didn't walk as far as guides hikes, but it was quite tiring too, cos it was a uber sunny day.
lost in the end, and demoralised us a little...

had a discussion for the skit which lasted around 2 hours, finally slept around 2 plus, 3.


but day 3 we regained our spirit!
packed in the morning after we woke up, and went down to sentosa!
um, via bus and train and tram. haha.
this was also the day we found out about the fake freshie thing...

then had games games and more games.
something about water volleyball with water bombs, and eating foods (i got mamee noodle[: ), and also stuff like defending the mummy from water attack, and others i can't remember all haha so many.

then went back to chalet, and met our sp, which was quite fun haha considering we couldn't see anything.
looking back, the OGLs playing around were pretty funny too.

had initiation, got dirty and sticky.
then queued to bathe.
ended up sleeping at 5 plus.


day 4 was also quite a chill day.
woke up slightly later, and then rehearsed the skit again.
met up with sp, and they had to do some forfeits to get to choose the girls.
quite fun, but i missed most of it cos was the second to go in...
heard about it later.

lunch was erm, awkward.
then played some card game, with herbal tea as replacement for alcohol...

sp night started out with an overcast sky.
we made our way down to the chalet the night before for dinner, which was catering-style.
then it started to rain/: had to rush out when the rain became lighter to take bus.

clubbing at arena was fun!
they had some prepared activities before (quite scary, actually).
had to do some pose thing on the stage, then identify sp blindfolded.
uhh actually could see through so not really hard lol.

then they played 5-10-15-20 and i watched.
also jumped a bit (i wouldn't call it dancing cos obviously i cant dance).


friday was the most emo day.
had pool games (which i only managed to play in the first part), sat through the rest stoning.
okay so i did cheer, but the rest of the time was stoning.
then had phototaking, and loads of other stuff like debrief, writing notes for others in the og, talking.

dinner was at the canadian pizza outlet in ntu.
very very full, while they played games for them to finish the pizza.

cabbed home at 10 plus.
and then slept.


woke late this morn, and more or less slacked the day away. lol.


basically, camp was fun! i think we really made friends and stuff.
and although i didn't play ssm that night cos i was sleeping, i heard much about both that were happening in the other rooms.
awkward moments happened, but ohwells they're a part of it.
now to think about what movie to watch...

now that it's over, shld i still apply for hall camp?
ohh, and i think that the smile thing was a sweet thing to say, haha.

wow, haven't been here since like a week ago...

so anw what happened basically was, went to work as telemarketer on mon.
so tiring lol.

wed was a busy day for me, woke up early (yea really early) to go watch movie at lido with liv and nic. monte carlo...
then went walk walk at ion, and lunch was ramen.
took train down to bishan to submit my timesheet since, well, i wanted to see them also.
and then to amk to deliver the card. (actually my plan was just to drop it in and ring the doorbell but apparently the doorbell doesnt work haha).
then went searching for present at hub, but failed at it.

the rest of the week was mostly packing (yea finally) and cross stitching. haha.

then today went to the train tracks at bukit timah to walk a little, take some photos..
and down to east point for dinner! bought some stuff for camp.

a little apprehensive about camp now.
shall pack...

woke up early again today with no particular aim, for no rhyme or reason...

tried out the sewing machine, haha i think i'm pretty bad at it.

then got a call, and i'm working again on mon! haha

mon was packing day, packed my clothes and stuff cos so messy/:

went bowling on tues with yt they all.
was fun, and pretty cheap considering what we usually pay.
except very far...
then ps to walk walk! haha.
went home earlier than we planned though, so tired.

ytd visited auntie at the coop!
well, technically they didn't return the key so auntie didn't open the coop almost till we left. haha sat outside to talk...
then bugis with nic and liv.
haiz i spent a lot of money recently to get new stuff. need to curb.

today was a very good example of the lazy song by bruno mars, 'cos today i don't feel like doing anything'. lol.
spent the day slacking, watching tv, doing cross stitch(:

ohh and didn't manage to visit my colleague, but she has a baby boy!

shall sleep soon, i feel tired. maybe cos i woke up early this morn, too used to it. hmm

last day of work: 29 june 2011, thurs.
had thai food for lunch, tried to pack everything up (but still have remainder...) and got a wallet as a gift.

went ice skating with yt yesterday.
was quite hard to skate, especially after more people skated, the floor was rougher.
then to bugis (shop shop).

woke up pretty early to finish the photo frames, and pack.
so sleeepyyy.
then waited and went northpoint long john to eat...
bought some stuff, went kims house borrow scissors.
and out for dinner!
